They’re also the people you’ll talk to year-round — at enrollment, when you have a claim question in March, and when it’s time to compare options again next October.

How our agents are credentialed
- State licenses. Every agent holds a Health & Life Insurance producer license in each state where they meet with clients.
- Carrier appointments. For every carrier we work with, our agents complete that carrier’s product and compliance training before the start of each plan year.
- Annual Fraud, Waste & Abuse training. Required by CMS for any agent selling Medicare products.
- Compliance oversight. As a partner of Spark Advisors (our Field Marketing Organization), El-Mag participates in Spark’s Compliance Agency Monitoring Program (CAMP).
